‘Twas the newsletter before Christmas (fear not, at least another 3 before the year is out), when all through the Gaf, the chefs roasted poussin, with white truffle & mash.
Bringing you this year’s festive ‘Large Table’ menus for parties of 7 to 12 guests (14 at a squeeze). There is a £65 menu available, as well as an even more luxe menu at £89, known locally as the Baller Menu:

As for next week we’ve got: tubetti with sausage & broccoli ragu, we’ve got rivers of gold, braised cuttlefish with chickpeas, braised pork belly with cotechino, when you first take a seat, on a cold Winter eve, we promise you gildas, are waiting for thee.
